Evangelist Amani, a renowned gospel artist and preacher, has returned to Rwanda after a powerful gospel mission in Kenya. His trip was part of his ongoing commitment to spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and strengthening partnerships within the gospel music community.
Evangelist Amani was invited to Kenya by a group of Rwandan pastors residing there. They warmly welcomed him and supported him in achieving the objectives of his mission. During his time in Kenya, he not only preached the gospel but also interacted with various gospel artists, fostering spiritual and musical collaboration.

“There are many songs on the way, including some I recorded with Kenyan artists. Right now, my main focus is to produce music videos for these songs and release them one by one,” said Ev. Amani.
He expressed deep appreciation for Pastor Mababa, a Rwandan pastor, for his unwavering support. Pastor Mababa has been a mentor to Evangelist Amani has supported his music ministry both spiritually and financially—something Evangelist Amani says it helped him move forward despite challenges.
While sharing his experiences from the trip, Evangelist Amani revealed that this was his first time flying on an airplane, and it came with some surprising moments.

“It was my first time on a plane, and I was surprised by how things worked. But it helped me realize that taking the gospel further requires courage and bold steps,” he shared.
Evangelist Amani also noted that musically, Kenya does not have a significant edge over Rwanda. “Kenya doesn’t really surpass Rwanda when it comes to gospel music. What truly matters is unity and mutual support among artists and ministers,” he explained.

Looking ahead, Ev. Amani is preparing to release a series of new songs—some recorded in Kenya and others completed in Rwanda. He plans to begin shooting music videos immediately, aiming to release them gradually to continue glorifying God and reaching a wider audience.
This journey marks a significant chapter in Ev. Amani’s ministry and serves as the beginning of greater gospel initiatives in the region.
